Corinne Day's 1997 shoot for penthouse really caught my eye as images which were the perfect mix of fashion and documentary photography. 

A soft porn magazine, Penthouse was first issued in 1965 as a rebellious magazine which developed against the structured prim beauty of playboy as a more natural and untouched publication.  

The shoot paid homage to the 60's and 70's era of Penthouse magazine where images were artistic and had a light airy feel to them, which was much less pornographic. 

The styling of this image was very simple and was natural and didn't look staged, Rosemary Furgeson's boyish figure wasn't a typical porn stars body and this gave it a certain realness and wasn't conventional, and kept the essence of the rest of Corinne's work of the time with was very raw and real.
